- Nothing starts, and nothing is owed, until you accept that scope in writing.
There is no charge for the conversation and no obligation once you have the quote.
Response times
Enquiries are answered within one business day. If you have not heard back in two, assume it went astray and send it again, because it will not have been ignored.
