I find what
makes you money

I am a data analyst. You bring the numbers you already have, I find what is actually driving them, and I tell you what to do about it. One question, one fixed price, one finished piece of work.

01 — The offer

Most businesses are sitting on the answer already

It is in the till, the bookings, the invoices, the spreadsheet nobody has opened since March. You do not need a data team. You need one person to read it properly, once, and tell you what it says.

What a project is

Scope
One question, written down and agreed before anything starts.
Price
Fixed before the work begins. It does not move afterwards.
End
A report, the numbers underneath it, and a recommendation you can act on without me. No retainer, nothing to cancel.

What moves the price

  • How many places your numbers live. One spreadsheet is quick. A till, a bank feed and three spreadsheets is not.
  • How much cleaning they need. Most of the work in most projects. I tell you honestly what I find.
  • How far ahead you want to see. Next month is cheaper than next year, and more reliable.

The work

01

Florida Panthers

National Hockey League franchise · Sunrise, Florida

Which nights, and which products, actually make money?

I built forecasting models across food and beverage, merchandise, parking and membership renewals, then turned the output into recommendations their executives could act on. A twelve-thousand-seat arena and a twelve-table restaurant are asking the same question about a Friday night.

U.S. Department of Defense

Army Vantage · deployed and in service

Where is the one signal in ten thousand documents nobody has time to read?

I built natural language models that read long records and rank what matters by severity and confidence. They are deployed and in use in Army Vantage. I briefed the results to DoD and ODNI leadership. Most businesses are drowning in a smaller version of the same problem: years of orders, reviews and records nobody has opened since.

Who I am

I grew up on City Island. I hold a B.S. in Applied Statistics and Data Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and I have done this work for a professional sports franchise and for the Department of Defense.

I started this because the businesses that would gain most from knowing their own numbers are the ones repeatedly told this kind of analysis is not for them. That is a pricing problem, not a technical one.
